PCATS, a non-profit association, is the ONLY technology standards setting body for the convenience petroleum retailing sector charged to develop and maintain industry specific standards that benefit numerous operational processes for both convenience retailer and supplier.

PCATS is industry-focused and industry-managed. The Alliance is comprised of convenience store operators, petroleum marketers, State and industry association personnel, State lottery agents, solution providers and suppliers who direct and set the goals for the association, support standards development and implementation efforts.
PCATS provides quick access to leading edge retailers, suppliers and technology vendors. The ability to solve industry complexities rapidly in today’s marketplace through the automation of business processes is a key factor in achieving greater operational efficiencies.
